As with any new software, we’ve received requests for items that we weren’t yet able to provide. However, always listening to the needs of our clients, TAP is proud to announce some much desired design additions for our real estate websites.
This may seem like a small advancement, but it’s huge in the world of search engine optimization (SEO). With this addition, when you create a new page on your TAP website (such as a community page) you can specify a URL that represents a search term others may use to find your website.
Interactivity and movement do wonders for visual interest, offering items that will catch the user’s eye. This is important because the user will spend more time on the page, and therefore give you a better chance at enticing them with the content you have to offer.
Have a lot of information to offer your clients but don’t want to confuse them with an abundance of information? Spoilers are the answer. Not only will it add interactivity to your TAP website, but it will give users the option to skip information not applicable to them.
Lightboxes are a nifty gadget that when implemented, turns small images into elements that when clicked, open a larger version of the image in an overlay, utilizing the browser space to give users a full size look at the image. This is useful for displaying photos where the details may become lost in smaller layouts, as well as add interactivity to your website.

A standard feature of our TAP websites is a beautiful, full size background where we can utilize a stunning photograph representing your area to set the feel of your new site. As a premium alternative to this static background, we now offer a slideshow background where several photographs can be used, giving your site a more dynamic feel.
